¿Quieres visitar nuestra Catedral y aún no sabes los horarios? Os informamos de los mismos y os dejamos también una breve historia de la misma. La catedral fue construida sobre una antigua mezquita almohade en el S. XII, de la cual conserva hoy su alminar, la Giralda.

Las obras se iniciaron en 1401 y duraron casi un siglo.

Templo gótico con el que buscaban combinar austeridad y rigor, fue convertida al cristianismo al ser conquistada por Fernando III en 1248.

Sus etapas constructivas pasan por mudéjar, gótico, renacimiento, barroco y neoclásico.

Do you want to visit our Cathedral and still not know the times? We inform about them and also we leave you a brief history of it. The cathedral was built on a former Almohad mosque in S. XII, which today retains its minaret, the Giralda.

The work began in 1401 and lasted nearly a century.

It is a Gothic temple seeking to combine austerity and rigor, was converted to Christianity when it was conquered by Fernando III in 1248.

Its construction stages go through Moorish, gothic, renaissance, baroque and neoclassical.
